Bottle: Poured a murky yellow orange color with white bubbly head. Aroma is light little sweetness. Mallty metallic flavor leaves my mouth with rusty aftertaste.

Das Bier startet getreidig und deutlich alkoholisch, was im Mittelteil bestätigt wird. Dazu etwas fruchtig, dennoch überwiegt der Alkohol. Langweilig alkohoisch-säuerlicher Abgang. Test vom 20.8.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 6,5,5,5,9,5 - 5,30

33 cL bottle. Pours deep golden orange with a light orange and white head. Sweet almost raisin like aroma. Medium bodied. Sweet and soft malty flavoured. Slight alcohol presence in the finish and still rather sweet. As the beer warms up the flavour becomes more cornish and the alcohol clearly more present and the beer as such quite more cloying. As cold this is not bad at all.

Small white head. Deep yellow body with light carbonation. Malty corn and alcohol aroma. Sweet oily malty taste with a grassy finish. Dry oily aftertaste. It’s ok, better than expected. (0.33l bottle.)

Canned (7.3%). Deep golden, brief head. Aroma of alcohol and burnt plastic. Sweet and fruity. Raisin, dextrose and syrup dominates, plastic hides underneath. Medium bodied. Despite overt sweetness the alcohol is very evident. Still it feels somewhat balanced, at least compared to many other beers in the get-drunk-fast-and-cheap category.

(50 cl can, from Systembolaget) Labeled 7.3% ABV. Clear golden color, big white lasting head. Lots of strawberries mixed with cream and ice cream scent, would be nice if this wasn’t a beer. Strawberry ice cream mixed with vodka taste, dry mouthfeel. Low bitterness.

Bottled. Clear, golden beer with some carbonation and a medium to small white head. Sweetish aroma with alcohol, hints of dried fruits, and stock. Quite alcoholic flavor with lots of sugar and some malty and fruity notes. Sweet, medium to full body and a long, sweet and alcoholic finish. Some years ago we drank a lot of this beer, as Danish truck-drivers smuggled it to Norway, but I didn’t remember how much on the alcoholic side it was. Not the worst Danish strong lager. (060729)

Canned. Golden colour with huge creamy head, lacing. Malts, alcohol and weak caramel in aroma. Sweet malts and alcohol in flavour mainly. Aftertaste long and sweet. Clean though, but not that good...

Plastic bottle. Honeyish hazy yellow/orange colour, no head. Strong aroma of raisins when opening the bottle. After pouring into beerglass, raisins, honey and alcohol can be found in aroma. Flavour is the same, but with some breadish hints added. Oily palate. Aftertaste is bread and weak alcohol. Not too bad for a strong lager.
