[ As Oxbow Momoko ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, funky, wood, tart fruit, peach, grapes, baking yeast notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, funky, wood, grapes. peach, tart. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170617] 8-3-8-3-16

Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of fruit, yeast, hop, floral notes and perfume. Light sweetness, medium sour. Light body, slight oily texture, above average carbonation. Finish is salty with peach and banana developing.
