Bottled. Deep rubyish brown colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, some sugary sweetness as well as some mild nuttyness and toffeeishness. Flavour is the same in a very nice combination. Lacks signs of hops, but still a really good dunkel to me.

on tap in Praha-Holesovice. Dark colour, large head. Quite hoppy dark lager, not sweet at all, coffee-like flavours. Very interesting beer.

Dark reddish brown with huge, thick head. Roasty coffee aroma with notes of butter and smoked ham. Very roasty coffee flavour, a bit one dimensional. Bitter finish. A nice Dunkel after all.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with beige head. Aromas of coffe, licorice and malt. Taste is much coffe/mocca. Low carbonation. The end is mostly sweet, with little bitterness. (050923)

(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful, clear mahogany-coloured with a small, weak light-brown head. Slightly burned aromas from the dark, roasted malt and a dry, lasting hoppiness. Some underlying sweetness - partly from the added saccharin. 191004

Can, 4.4% at KØ12. Roasted aroma, hint of CO2. Clear dark brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour starts off fruity, gets a little maltier and finishes with a fruity roasted note. 5 3 5 3 12

The aroma is slightly sweet and malty. The color is red-brown and it has a small disappearing head. The flavor is sweet malty with hints of roasted bread. A nice dunkel.
