Bottle (courtesy of Cybercat). Musty yeast, lemon/pineapple malt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Lightly sweet pineapple/lemon malt, yeast, and hay flavor. Nice body. Would I want to drink this after a long day of field work? Absolutely!

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma is pretty light, with lots of farmhouse yeast, some light funk, and wheaty hay notes. Flavour brings out considerable bretty funk upfront, not a blast you in the face kind of funk, but it's the prominent note -- there is farmhouse yeast and wheat as well. Complex and highly drinkable. Excellent.

Sample at ACAT. Pale yellow, with some bubbles. Notes of mango, pepper, and yogurt dominate, with some barnyard funk. Sweet and a dry, funky flavor. Light to medium body, flat, and sticky. No what I’d call tasty, but grows on you.
