Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Rabbits Foot Hard Black Cherry ].Clear light red - pink colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple - pear, cherry, almond. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, almond, cherry, pear - apple, light tart. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180511] 7-3-7-3-15

Tap @MBCC2018, Yellow Session. Clear red, small white head. Cherry, cherry pit aroma. Sweet cherry flavour, light marzipan or cherry kernels.

Tap at MBCC 2018, yellow session. Clear rosé-like color with small white head. Aroma is schwarzwälder kirsch, sweet, floral, apple. Taste is the same. Refreshing, but not exactly my flavours.

Tap. Pours clear rose, no head or lacing. Aroma is cherries and apples. Flavor is fairly tart cherry, pixie sticks again. Light body, low carbonation.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours rosé with a slight, transient white head. Aroma is cherry, and it’s not tart cherry. Med minus body. Flavor is black cherry, and there’s a moment of tartness, then it goes sweet, and then the result is like sweet tarts. It’s not dry, but it’s not sticky sweet, and it is just a bit tart - which makes it like a bitter drink, sort of. Liking it a lot for pool time.

Sample at the Rabbit’s Foot Meadery. Pours a dark reddish-purple color with a minimal pinkish-white head that evaporates quickly. Spotty lacing and some legs on the glass. Aroma of dark cherries and apples. Medium body with flavors of semi-sweet cherry, green apples and honey. The finish is fruity with a black cherry aftertaste. Decent overall.
