50cl can. A murky orange golden beer with a white head. Aroma of orange fruits, grapefruit, blood orange. Taste of orange fruits, grapefruits, nectarine, peach, sweet and sticky finish.

Russian interpretation of a New England IPA, thanks to Craftmember for sharing. Egg-white, moussy, opening, dissolving head lacing in sparse dots over a cloudy orangey blonde beer with salmon-pinkish tinge. Aroma of ripe mango, Passoa, freshly squeezed orange juice, papaya, sweet crackers, lime, lemonbalm. Fruity onset (the hoppy way) with aspects of papaya, mango and a bit of passionfruit, medium carbonated with minerally effects, slight lime sourishness; soft, bit powdery mouthfeel. Doughy malt sweetish core completely drenched in aromatic, tropical hoppiness (the mango and papaya again) with a lime blossom-like side note, quite expressive and bright, even providing a mild but important grapefruity bitterness in the very end as well. Surprisingly good attempt at this overexposed style – perhaps even the best Russian example I had so far, but then I did not have too many Russian NEIPAs yet to begin with…

Tap. Orange, cloudy, yellowish foam. Aroma: tropical fruits, citrus, fruity, flowers. Sweet taste, candy, pineapple, mango, pine needles, orange, good.
