Tap at MBCC2018, Copenhagen. Colour is almost black with very small slightly brownish head. Aromas and flavours: Vanilla, lactose, nuts, chocolate and roasted malts.

Tap. Black color with white head. Aroma is hazelnuts, chocolate, roast. Taste is full on hazelnuts, a bit roast. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Tasty!

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Black with small beige head. Aroma strong hazelnut, medium/thick body, medium/low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is hazelnut, chocolate, and sweet malt.

Bottle at the 10th Boise Imperial Stout Tasting. Dark brown pour with a small ring of tan head. Lots of sweetness and hazelnut in the aroma, some mocha. There is a ton of hazelnut flavor in here! It’s just a shde below overwhelming, it definitely takes over from the mocha and vanilla aspects. It’s good, but man that is a lot of hazelnut.

12oz bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out dark brown topped with a tan head. Nose is hazelnut spice sweet notes and coffee. Taste is more of the hazelnut roast malts sweet malts and a spice.

Keg at Whole Foods Wauwatosa. Dark brown, red tint, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of strong hazelnut, chocolate. Taste is chocolate, hazelnut, Reese’s Pieces, mild cherry. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mild booze. Solid.
