Draught at Publick House, 6/19/18.
Hazy, soft yellow-lemon with blonde brass hues throughout. White head is small and dense, sitting well at cover.
Very soft, mild Brett mixes with creamy, nutty wheat and/or other cereal-like grain notes. Not all that tart with light apple and pear esters. Not even all that phenolic/peppery with mostly just light, fruity Brett and a touch of deep horsey funk.
In the mouth it's similar, with a bit more Brett expression showing lime, horse, band aid and soft, blanding, nutty wheat on the finish to continue with the gentle/mild trend. Slight bitterness from herbal hops throughout is pleasant and the beer is clean, mild and shows a supple, light malt texture and low but engaging carbonation with no alcohol or flaw.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Yellow Session, Copenhagen - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Floral and light citrus fruity with some notes of lemon, straw, hay, medium to light body, yeast and spice notes, grassy hoppy and spices into the close.

Tulip at the brewery - hazy light straw color - dry, crisp malt in aroma and flavor, along with mild funky phenolics and peppery hops - light bugginess in the finish - lingering finishing bitterness, finishing dry - pretty good, really.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Hazed pale golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is pissy lemon, dusty fruits, grains, damp straw. Taste comprises mellow yeast esters, ligt acidic ripple, pissy citric shreds, funk, balsa wood, earthy, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok tangy saison.

[5/11/18] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018. Yellow session. Hazy pale yellow. Funk, a bit vegetal, a bit spicy, dry, tart note, citrus, quite light-bodied.

MBCC 2018. Yellow. Keg. A Theydon Bois whip cracking power rate. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small white head. Light dry crisp palate. Thin malts. Thin floralness. Insipid floral fruits. Dry finish. Dull.

Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is grassy, wheat, spicy yeasts. Taste is wheat, grassy, again spicy yeasts, peppery finish. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Decent!
