Can @ Mikkeller, Odense. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Fantastic yeast. Cement, grass, a touch of wheat and a grassy and floral dominant touch. I would think only De La Senne could execute like this.

[ As Mikkeller NYC Willets Wit ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweet malt, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, witbier yeast, fruity yeast, light herbal. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity yeast, witbier yeast, citrus, fruity hops, floral - fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Can, from Malt and Mold. Pours faintly cloudy lemon yellow with large foamy whitish head, very faint grassy aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter hops taste with hay flavor, thin body, abrupt finish. Nothing special, but not bad either.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly fresh grassy, leafs, coriander, grass, yeast, hay, minerals, light malts, paper, pepper corn, bark. Taste is slightly dry grassy, weeds, leafs, minerals, grass, bark, yeast, hay, pepper corn, coriander, paper, harsh hops. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly watery and harsh grassy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Light golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is melon, juicy hop tingle, grass, light breads. Taste comprises tangerines, melon, light yeast esters, grassy, toasted grains, apricot, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent for the style although not typical for it .... pretty hoppy and veering towards SIPA.

MBCC 2018. Yellow. Keg. A Theydon Bois whip cracking power rate. Almost clear gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Smooth dry malts, a little grain. Dry floral mid. Insipid citrus. Light dry finish. Dull.
