A touch of haze on this copper beer. Notes of hay, acidic, barnyard, hay, yeast, citrus and just a touch of strawberry to take the edge off the whole thing. Medium bodied. Dry finish. The strawberry is noticeable but not over the top. It tones the rest of the beer down just a little while adding red fruit goodness. Highly enjoyable.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy orangy golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour wild strawberries, oak, mild vinegar, hay, old rope, sorrel, flowers, tiny hints of thinner. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, mild vinegar, sour wild strawberries, old rope, sorrel, oak, minerals, fruit salt, flowers, grass, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice one.

Flaska från 3F blend 41 6,2%abv. Disig gyllengul vätska med en rosa ton och högt skum. Doft av solvarma smultron och jordgubbar. Lätt touch av syltiga jordgubbar men smaken är stramare med druviga tanniner, vinbär, omogna äpplen, trä och en lätt funkighet, ostkanter och strå. Men jordgubbar na finns närvarande hela tiden. Mycket gott

13th December 2023 Craft Beer Junction. Xmas bottleshare. Hazy amber gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Woody fruits. Tropical fruits and orchard fruits. Mild lemon tang. Light and semi dry finish. Nice.

0,75 bottle from the White Whale in Warsaw-Poland, consumed in Serbia. Pours light amber unclear, minimal white foam. Nose: intensive strawberries, wood, leather. Mouth is sharp sour and a bit balsamic. Some off-notes I must admit.

750 ml bottle, as 3 Fonteinen Aardbei Oogst 2021 (season 21|22) Blend No. 77. Purchased at Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken, at an outrageous price. ABV is 6.5%. Hazy orange colour, moderate and shortlived white head. Distinct aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse / barnyard, strawberries and oak. Sour flavour of brettanomyces, strawberries, lemons and oak. A hint of solvent in the aftertaste. Not worth the high price.

Pale amber, lots of phenols up front, appley, little bit leather, earthy, juicy stone fruit. None of the phenols on the palate. So much strawb here, great fun.
