A collaborative, ritualistic WHEAT DIPA plotted, forged and cooked up with Falmouth’s Herculean Verdant Brew Co. A Pilsner malt base is churned and choked up with 40% of wheat variation. Full bodied, foamy and fat with a balanced wheat imparted dry tartness. CITRA, NELSON and MOTUEKA take rank over rank, drilling up a tropically charged cool whip of intoxicating fresh fruit smash.

Can. Almost clear gold beer, fuck me! Small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, slightly soft, decent fine carbonation. The light malts bring an ephemeral creamy sweetness. A light savoury skunk. Light crisp pine. The citrus comes through loud and clear, brighter orange and tangerine over a fair amount of citric peel. The Motueka brings a nice touch of lime and lime peel. That really elevates this dipa and drags it out of the claustrophobic West Coast doldrums. Clean, interesting and very drinkable.

440ml can. Clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma is Nelson-heavy, vinous, dank, white wine, resinous. Taste is similarly heavy on the Nelson, very vinous, white wine, grapes, resinous and piney, dank, citrusy in the form of tangerine, lime, mild tropical fruits. Medium bodied. Decent.

Keg at the Experiment - Hackney. Clear honey-gold with a tight, creamy white head. Nice pine resin aroma. Medium to big sweet flavour, notes of gooey pine, oranges, sun-kissed pale malts, tangerine, papaya, pine. Medium to full bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Light warmth in the finish, further piney resin, supportive malt character, citrus and tropical vibes. Sound.
