Lola, auch bekannt als der Sommer, das Pink & das Fruchtbier .. ist hier. Während wir jahrelang kesselgesäuertes Bier brauten, experimentierten wir viel und sammelten dabei jede Menge Wissen. Mit Lola haben wir nach dem richtigen Gleichgewicht zwischen Frische, Herbheit, seidigem Mundgefühl und natürlich dem besten Fruchtausdruck gesucht. Und mit all den bisherigen Erfahrungen haben wir dieses schöne und glatte Sommerbier hergestellt. Lola ist doppelt fruchtig. Himbeeren und schwarze Johannisbeeren, Früchte, die im Sommer geerntet werden, verleihen diesem wunderbaren Gebräu ein wunderschönes, errötendes Rosa. Ein neuer Sommerstern ist geboren.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Murky peach colour, minimal head. Aroma of raspberries and frozen strawberries. Tart with öight body and clean mouthfeel. Strawberry jam and lemon. No bitterness.

Hazy red colour, small pinkish white head. Aroma is raspberries, some mild herbal tones with a bit of blackcurrant too. Flavour is raspberries and mild earthy tones. Watery.

# 4732; 9/2025. Raspberry, light black currant, slightly lime aroma. Murky pink body; pinkish head quickly disappeared. Sour, raspberry, black currant, lemon. Light body; higher carbonation. Very good fruity sour ale. 0,33 l, can, gift (thx Goldbarren!).

Best before 11/24, buying it at Stumpf Getränkmarkt, Ingelheim. Drinking this beer yesterday after a long day in Paris. So hot and classical sour beer, perfect in the balcony. Light, rather dry, fruity, note of peach, strawberry, some sourness, bitter.

Eingetrübte rötlich rosa Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Leicht säuerlich, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich säuerlich, fruchtig nach Himbeeren und schwarzen Johannisbeeren. Leicht süß mit mittlerer Bitterkeit und mittlerer Säuerlichkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pink orange, fully hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is of raspberry, lemony. Body is slightly thin, with average carbonation. Taste is delicately sour, even a little sapid. Final is fairly dry, still gently sapid.

Can 33cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Raspberry nose. Cloudy pink colour, fair frothy pink head, half-way lasting, Aroma raspberries, raspberry syrup, blackcurrant. Taste light sweet and medium sour, raspberries, blackcurrants, tart, yoghurt notes, wheat. Light to medium body, watery to sticky texture, average carbonation, fruity sweet and sour aftertaste, candy sugar, refreshing, nice.
