Egészen sötétbarna szín, kicsi, gyorsan eltűnő hab. Karamelles, gabonás, aszalt gyümölcsös illatok, némi bourbonos vonással. Karamelles, aszalt gyümölcsös, gabonás ízek, bourbonos és némi vaníliás aromával. Testes, enyhén szénsavas, alig keserű. Nagyon finom, harmonikus sör.

Bottle from Gedeelde Vreugde; vintage 2021. Hazy brown, stable, foamy, tan head. Aroma of cappuccino, mocha biscuit, vanilla, cold Irish coffee, old milk chocolate, hazelnut. Taste has sweetish fig & pear in a milk-chocolatey, creamy, hazelnutty malt body, enhanced by bittersweet coffee & cream notes. Herbal hoppy finish with soft vanilla, lingering cappuccino and warming Irish coffee-like alcohol, on the verge of boozy. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Tasty experience for sure, but it's a bit too creamy overall.

0.355l bottle. Opaque brown body with a thin pearl head. Strong vanilla notes in the aroma with, chocolate, cocoa, pecan and some maple syrup. Sweet beer with vanilla notes again, maple syrup, orange zest, nutmeg, cocoa, pecan and cream. Thick and complex dessert beer. Very nice.

355ml Fles van Beer Republic. Nog uit de advent van vorig jaar. Donkerbruine kleur, vuilwitte kraag. Koffie, chocolade, fudge, donker fruit, ahornsiroop, vanille, citrusschil, toch ook nog wel enigszins hoppig, bitterzoete finish met meer koffie. Volle body. Enorm veel smaak en lang niet zo zoet als verwacht. Goed.

Pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coconut, vanilla and coffee. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long vanilla, coconut, coffee and cocoa finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Appearance: cloudy deep brown with a small ivory-coloured head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: high quality coffee, dark chocolate, dark malts, some hop. Light sweet and bitter. Mouth feel: medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: good.

Bottle thanks to Chip! Pours a near clear brown with a gray head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of chocolate and vanilla with a bit of bread and a hint of coffee underlying. Flavor has a chocolate and coffee combination with growing bourbon and a vanilla note supporting.

Brown with a creamy, beige head. Aroma a mix of pancake house and toffee. Taste is creamy sweet up front, finishing dry, warm, and mildly bitter at the back with the bourbon finally becoming evident. Lingering coffee grounds bitterness. Body to the full side of medium, mild carbonation. The additives dominate. The bourbon punch is just right though.

355ml bottle at the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur City Centre. 2021 release. Poured a murky dark brown colour with a thin off white head. The aroma is big dry cacao. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, earthy, warm boozy alcohol, sweet chocolate palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. The aroma promised so much but the back end disappointed, where it was somewhat light and the alcohol totally dominated. Very unbalanced.
