Without any hesitation we sent into this beer all Yuzu we just could find and seasoned generously with Citra hop. It was a real fruit sacrifice. The new Komplott was born in citrus harmony and certainly sour.

Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Zagovor Komplott: Yuzu & Citra ].Hazy - murky matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy yuzu, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, zesty, yuzu, dry, citrus, citric. Tap@MBCC 2018 Yellow Session, Copenhagen - golden yellow coloured pour with white head. Tart fruity with some notes of citrus lemony fruit, straw, hay, notes of yuzu coming in, wheaty notes, light malt, yeast, medium acidic tart fruity finish.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Lightly hazed yellow pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is prickly pear, damp straw, grains, funk, lemon rind. Taste comprises over ripe fleshy fruits, funk, hay bale, balsa wood, green berry must, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow puckering effect. Ok sour.
