Without any hesitation we sent into this beer all Yuzu we just could find and seasoned generously with Citra hop. It was a real fruit sacrifice. The new Komplott was born in citrus harmony and certainly sour.

Tap. Hazy light yellow color, white foam. Aroma: very citrusy, yuzu, other citrus and tropical fruits, passion fruit. Taste: slightly sweet, citric acid, a lot of citrus, sour, refreshing, invigorating.

MBCC. Unclear yellow with small head. Aroma is malt, sour, lemon and yuzu. Flavour is malt, lemon, yuzu, fruit, medium sweet, little dry and very little bitter.

[5/11/18] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018. Yellow session. Cloudy pale yellow. Yuzu, citric hops, tart, juicy. Really good and refreshing.

Draught @ MBCC 2018. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, citrus, lime, lemon, rich yuzu - juice. Flavor is light sour, malt, citrus, lemo, rich yuzu. Medium body, average carbonation, acidic finish. Not a fan of yuzu. 110518

MBCC 2018. Yellow. Keg. A Theydon Bois whip cracking power rate. Hazy yellow gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Dry airy palate, thin. Decent fine carbonation. Tart yuzu, tangerine and lime. Dry seltzer before a dry finish. Can't go too far wrong with yuzu, but it's a thin and dry beer.

Sample at MBCC 2018. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is yeast and overpowering yuzu. The flavour is moderate sour witn a crisp, fresh, yeasty, bitter lemon-like, massive yuzu palate. Medium to medium bodied with average carbonation.
