Surfcaster is a Belgian-style Witbier brewed with unmalted wheat, Belgian Pilsner malt, bitter orange peel, freshly ground Indian coriander, Saaz hops, and a kiss of Citra hops. We taste doughy malts, zesty spice, and Belgian yeast carried by a strong overtone of citrus. Enjoy!

3rd to last can in the epic Crisp mix pack. Clear golden pour and minimal filmy head. Nose is wheat and fruity. Tastes of wheat, coriander, orange peel, some banana and gum. Thinner bodied.

Woke up Sunday morning and the beer I had for breakfast wasn’t bad, so I had one more for dessert!

Can pour shared by Chalumeaux--thanks TJ! It's a golden yellow with nice sparkle, ring of beige head. Aroma is wheat, pilsner malt, coriander. Taste is pilsner malt over wheat, hint of orange. Mouthfeel is light bodied with thin, smooth texture. Overall, don't love pilsner malt so not an addition to a witbier to me. Well crafted.

16 oz can shared by TJ, thanks Chalumeaux. Aroma is Orange peel and coriander. The taste is much the same, (mostly orange peel and coriander) with a light bitter after taste. The mouthfeel is light. It is fairly true to the style.

Pours hazy light yellow into a willi. Bright white meringue head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing legs. Orange cake aromas. Soft with sweet angel food and orange cake front to back and into the medium length finish. Well constructed, but a tad one dimensional...

Canned 8/6/21, drunk 9/4/21.
Gently hazy, soft-toned brass-golden with a fluffy, white head showing good retention for the style (taking in to account the coriander and orange peel that detract strongly from head retention).
Smells flawless executed, as I've come to expect from Tree House on traditional styles. Bit of citrus brightens a wheat heavy nose with gentle bubble gum and various other fruity esters keeping things lively. Little/no clove and seemingly well-attenuated.
Soft and wheat-heavy in the mouth with a playful fruitiness and light bubble gum, but no big adjuncts and only mild spiciness from hop and/or coriander. No clove and great attenuation. Just fruity, lively and with a crisp, moderately acidic, balanced finish with low, but engaging carbonation. No crude esters/phenols, no alcohol noted.

Pours a lightly hazy, lemon-straw color, with minimal head. Aroma is full of wheat esters--banana, clove, some grass, etc. Flavor largely follows suit. Crisp and clean mouthfeel.
