Bottle thanks to Dave. It pours hazy orange with a small white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, tart, tangy, apricot, peach, funk and sweat. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, sour peach, apricot yoghurt, oak, hay, earthy, mouldy basement sweat, minerals and dull acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Pretty pleasant fruity funk.

Bottle from Mikkeller Odense. Hazy golden with a disappearing white head. Funky aroma with brettanomyces, pineapple and wood, along with tropical fruit, flowers and fruity white wine. Dry and tart, fruity and oaky flavour. A great experience, up there with Belgian wine barrel lambic
