Aroma is slightly dry and rich sour-ish fruity, soda powder, passionfruit, grass, oak, citrus acid, unripe berries, minerals, berry skin, fruit stones, bark. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, passionfruit, sorrel, citrus acid, oak, grass, fruit stones, minerals, bark, dried grain, toast, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

375ml bottle from Mikkeller Baghaven. Blend 1. Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of sour peaches, wood, tartness, oak and fruits. Taste is dry, sourish and earthy with loads of tart peaches, passionfruit and fruits. Finish is sourish, tart and funky with loads of juicy peachy notes,passionfruit earthiness and fruits. Pretty good.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is passionfruit, yoghurt, milkshake. Taste is passionfruit, yoghurt, refreshing, tart, almost puckering. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Refreshing!
