Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is apricot, peach, some tart wood and mild earthy tones. Flavour is floral, some tart wood, mild peach and apricot to it.

17/2/2023. Can from Vinspecialisten Randers. Shared at SBGP1. Pours clear pale golden amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma is woody, tropical, lime, herb, cork. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, moderate tartness. Medium body, foamy carbonation. Dry and tart finish. Enjoyable.

Panda at home, thanks to the Graham/Grumbo, 07/03/23. Moderately hazed golden amber with an off white cap that thins to spotting. Nose is earthy citric zest, straw, barnyard, hint of lime, funk. Taste comprises vanilla oak, light acidic kiss, damp straw, vinous, stewed fruits, herb, lemon rind, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow puckering close. Decent enough well balanced sour with a good flavour profile for the modest ABV.

ABV: 5.8%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, grass - grapes, fruity hops, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, wheat, fruity hops, citrus, grass - grapes, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
