Rather thin body, med carbo. Med-light bitterness, med-light sweetness. A bit minerally, hint of sulfury even. But overall feels clean. Med-light honeyish toasted maltiness. Med-lightflowery grassy hops character. Works really well, easy drinking.

0.5l fliptop courtesy of Knjaz who got it from Doris herself, huge thanks! Shared with Hrabren & Ogi in ZG. Lightly hazy golden body, off-white head. Huge aroma, bready-grainy, cleanly yeasty, lightly herbal. Lean, dry, bitterish taste, bready, bit yolky, lightly prickly, the herbal, vaguely citric hop profile didn't thrill me too much, but it grew on me quickly. Actually, slightly Czechoid vaguely, in a good way. Very likable!

0.5 l flip top bottle, thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, thanks. Clear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is lightly grainy, bready, cardboard and floral hops. Clean, moderate to high carbonation, drinkable, quite sweet overall not cloying. Dry and bitter in the finish.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Tuesday 4th July 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music and still thinking of cooking a Thai Pork Stir Fry with Noodles. Pours clear gold with a white head, soft mouthfeel, a little bready, light grassy hoppiness, mid sweetness but then runs a little dry, a little rich tea biscuit (not had one of them for years) very good.

500 ml bottle. Unclear almost cloudy golden, fluffy head. Grassy hops, hay, sourdough, bread, citrus, some metal. Mild dry bitterness, slight lactic sourness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry bitter slightly sour finish. Decent.

Golden color, firm frothy head. Malty, somewhat hay-like aroma. Full bodied, almost thick. Malty, creamy and a good deal of hops. Grass. Also a long grassy hopbitter finish. Quality beer, but personally I don't like the grassy bit. Still, a very nice surprise to find this beer brewed by a nun in the Wijn en Bierboetiek in The Hague.
