The second installment of our no boil beer series comes in the form of an IPA, and it's unlinke any IPA you've had before. Grungeist and Styrian wolf hops combine with doughy malt to give notes of strawberry shortcake

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a murky opaque dirty straw to gold body that supports a thin off white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up loads of notes like berry, wort, wort like grassiness, floral hops, candied lime and grapefruit. The taste delivers berry and grapefruit nuanced thin wort, woodiness, grassiness, floral and then cantaloupe and mango smooth fruit notes. Cool beer.

4 ounce taster at the source. Hazy yellow color then had. Strawberry shortcake? I get more Styrian hop and whatever this Grungeist strain is. It is bready malt. Mild bitterness. Good balance. It is tasty
