Bottle: (kindly delivered by joss!): A bit unclear, mid-sized stable white head; delicate lemony-grainy nose with a touch of pale-malt; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied and soft; short malty finish. Pleasant, well crafted Helles......

Bottle. Creamy barley malt and hay aroma. Clear yellow color with moderate head. Mildly sweet barley malt and bitter grass hops flavor. Average Helles.

The bottle looks very simple, the beer in the glass is okay, very zippy, nice head. Starts a bit moldy-hoppy, turns then flowery-hoppy, well balanced, the finish is a bit metallically, but that doesn’t matter. Round and drinkable beer!

bottle, rated at BTO 12/2006: Blasses Bier, viel Schaum. Malzebtontes Helles, leicht gehopft, süffig. Etwas wenig CO2, dürfte etwas rezenter sein. Nichtsdestotrotz sehr süffig und gefällig.
