Drunk at the Biergarten on German Father's Day 2024. Lightly hazy, nice head, full fresh grain nose that's lightly sweet even though the flavor is dry. Flavor is bitter with IPA+ strength, citrus and traditional foresty character. Very smooth bitterness, excellent! Thanks Stefan and Fin for the tip.

Tap at TCBW. Golden, a bit cloudy colour, medium-sized white head and lace. Typical German grassy aroma. Light-bodied. Crisp grassy hops, pale pils malts, bitter finish. Great pils.

0,5 L at the Bräustüberl. Pours a clear, pale, yellow color, with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma is pine sap, butterscotch, mild anise, allspice, and white sugar. Sweet, with a sharp, easy bitterness. A little sticky, crisp, and syrupy. This is a pretty nice, hoppy pils.

On Tap at the Brewery, Freising, nr Munich Germany, Friday 16th November 2018 on my fiftieth birthday Pours hazy gold, in fact it's only a slight haze, s huge frothy head sits atop. Quite subtle in many respects, refreshing but with a little snappy lager bite, good maltiness, a touch of biscuit, lemon, good beer. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
