Can into tulip.
Appearance: ruby red colored with a finger's worth of white to semi-pink foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: red raspberries, black raspberries and some black currants too? Yeah, I think so or maybe that's just how the black raspberries are possibly coming across; then a nice light vanilla/pastry creamy fixture blending in underneath
Flavor: melds all those prior noted aromas together juicy sweet to tart with a nice balance of sour to meet in the middle; finishes with the raspberry to vanilla-ish flavors
Texture: between light and medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper; some tartness hits the tongue but then the pastry/vanilla effects seem to stop that part quaintly
Overall: pretty nicely done pastry sour which plays the part of being a good evening dessert beer.

Tap at Salon Piva. Deep ruby pour with a pink head. Nose is intense raspberry, vanilla and lactose. Taste is sweet upfront, lactosey and fruity with a caramel touch maybe? Then it shows some actual sourness that balances things out nicely. Altogether it’s quite in your face, as per usual with Omnipollo. Sometimes their beers are just too much for me, but this one works.

Sample from keg at Bishops Arms, Östersund. Vanilla nose. Blackcurrant appearance. Flavours of banana and heavy feel of lactose. Reasonably sour.

Draught. Sounded like a mess on the description, but ended up quite nice. Rubyish purple colour, small pinkish head. Aroma is lactose, some raspberries, mild creamy sweetness along with some vanilla too. Flavour is kind of tartish berries with some lactose and vanilla sweetness with some mild floral notes.

Can at the shop. Pours cloudy golden. A looot of pineapple. Tart, fruity; not really sparkly. Camomille? Nice.

Murky orange with a white head. Aroma has notes of tartness, orange and citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long orange, citrus and tart finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft

Keg draught at BrewDog York. Light peachy orange-yellow with a thin film of white head.nites of mango, caramel, apricot in the strange but enticing scent. Tastes even more confusing yet lovely with strong peach, persimmon, loquat, caramel and vanilla. Too odd to be great but to good to be bad. Certainly above average for beers but maybe not Omnipollo's best.

Hazy reddish-purple body, lively pink head. Smell is light berries and a little sugar. Flavour is mellower than I expected. Berries, light hop, vanilla, a little lactose. Not as punchy as I expected and it doesn't have a big lingering flavour but it's fresh, tasty and probably a bit too drinkable for the strength.
