Pours a clear amber with thin white top; minor retention.
Aroma of toasted grains and pear; somewhat basic.
Taste has a bit more to it with caramel and dusty hop also coming through.
Near medium bodied, slick, semi-dry.
Not the best.

Bottle picked up from Eurospar, Scharding, Austria, Tuesday 6th August 2024 sat on the balcony at home with Mum and Keith after a few days in the mountains in Tauplitz, Austria. Pours clear dark amber with a white head, toffee, malt and caramel dominate. A little bit chewy, soft mouthfeel, decent beer.

50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours a beautiful red brown, clear, with Aroma is malty and caramel. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high sweet. Final is average.

Bottle, online from HoTM. Pours deep ruby amber with a beige foam. Aroma: caramel, berries, light fruity. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, caramel, hints of strawberry & chocolate. Medium body with foamy carbonation.

Drunk from the bottle at our hotel. Caramel- and malt-heavy amber/red flavor with a kind of woody forest bitterness that's a bit astringent. Not bad but I wouldn't drink more than one at a go.
