Wird für die Weihnachtszeit eingebraut. Mit einem Stammwürzgehalt von 16,8% und einen Alkoholgehalt von 7,5%. Durch auserwählten Aromahopfen bekommt unser heller Bock einen fein Hopfen betonten Nachtrunk, was ihn zu einem absoluten Biererlebnis der Winterzeit macht. Ab Mitte November erhältlich.

0.5l bottle, with Fil and Ryan (thx!). Clear golden body, off-white head. Dry, lightly funky, floral, honeyish malt-driven aroma. Lean, dry taste, honeyish, bit grainy, lightly floral, bitterish, bit eggy. Solid overall!

50cl Fles van Bierothek.nl. Heldergouden kleur, witte kraag. Licht fruitig, appels, wat alcohol, witbrood, grassig, na opwarmen ook iets bloemigs, wat citrusschil, fors bitter. Lichte tot medium body.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before April 2024. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, gently floral and a little fruity aroma of honey, lemon peel, orange peel and light grains. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly floral and minimally fruity taste of honey, grains, biscuit, some orange peel and light citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, very smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Excellent pale Bock with many subtle, delicate flavours, even with a citrusy touch. Very well-balanced, highly drinkable, moreish. Way more interesting than their dark variant.

Flaska från SB. Aningen disig gyllengul vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Stor kropp, söt, rejäl, lite maktlöshet men som helhet harmonisk. Fruktig, matig och brödig med en lätt kryddig beska och oerhört välintegrerad alkohol. En närmast perfekt stor bock. Mycket gott

Endlich wieder Bock Zeit, dann mal ran an den hellen Hammel. Optisch einwandfrei, schöner Schaum. In der Nase Getreide, Honig. Im Trunk recht unscheinbar, Getreide, ziemlich alkoholisch, schade. Hinten noch stärker, recht unrund. Leider nicht mein Fall.

Bottle from Beerhunter111. Many thanks! Clear golden colour, white foam. Bready, sweet malty, light honey notes. A bit unbalanced.
