17th July 2024
Cask at Chelmsfaasarhd Beer Fest. A mild haze on this deep gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Light and slightly grainy pale malts, sweet enough. Light cooling pine. Typical Camra fest hoppage, as in, mild juicy citrus that is mostly ripe with a touch of peel. A little floral citrus before a light and semi dry finish. Decent and drinkable.

Half cask ay Hopbunker.First impression was that something had gone off. It's juts the way this was brewed, with an emphasis on the caramel malts and some floral hops. Makes for an odd mix, but comes out alright in the end.
