Klare goldgelbe Farbe; gemischtporige, stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase Helles Malz, blumiger Hopfen, frisch und leicht würzig. Im Geschmack ebenfalls frisch, getreidig, malzig, milde Bittere, eher trocken mit dezenter Süße. Insgesamt ein sehr klassisches Helles.

0,5 l bottle.Gold color. Minimal porous head that doesn’t last long.Grass , bread, cereals and butter taste .Medium finish .Not impressed with the first gulp but then got really better.Thirst-quenching, balanced ,easy and tasty.Good Helles.

Bottle 0,5ltr: Clear golden colored brew with an subtle sweet bitter taste with some subtle sweet caramel hints. The brewery is closed and the brand is sold to Kulmacher Brauerei.

Disappointingly low on aroma, just a hint of boiled milk. Light malty flavor with hints of apple and oil. Slight bitter aftertaste. Medium bodied. Not really good. 5 3 5 2 8 = 2.3 Re-rate: bottle. Blonde, creamy head. Aroma of fresh malt. Fresh malty flavor with touches of orange and boiled milk. Well balanced, in spite of the modest hop gift. Well made.

Tap. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is papery, grainy, sugar icing, honey. Taste is papery, sugar icing. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Too sweet and too unexpressive at first, but it turns out to be quite drinkable.

Draft at the brewery during the Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Pours perfectly clear, bright gold with a frothy, white head. Very tasty, though basic. Pale cereal character, light tinny notes. Light in body with average carbonation. Sweet finish with light bitter hay, simple cereal. Simple but very drinkable.
