50 cl bottle 5,4% ABV. Copper colour with nice beige head.Nuts, citrus and basement aromas. Overwhelming caramel flavour with some spices . Medium carbo with medium/thin body.

Tap. Clear deep amber color with creamy eggshell head. Aroma is nutty, a touch roasted, caramel, chocolate. Taste is caramel, fruity, Fruchtgummi, honey, mildly grassy. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Good, but a bit too sweet for me.

Draft at the brewery during the Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Pours clear amber with a frothy off-white head. The beer has notes of toasted bread, light toffee, faint leafy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel. More toasted bread on the finish, some mellow brown sugar accents. Very tasty.

Clear deep amber colour, good frothy off-white head, settles quickly, fair lacing. Sweet malt aroma, roasted, caramel, bread, bit nutty. Taste medium sweet, light bitter, caramel, roasty. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, aftertaste mild roasted sweetbitter, toffee, light spicy touch. Decent Märzen, easy to drink.

Bamberg jolly day 2 25/01/2014. Tap shared at the brewery tap. Reddish amber colour with a greyish head. Aroma is hot alcohol, fussels, caramel malt anf berry. Flavour is light berries, raisin and light sweet caramel malts.
