Bottle at Café Abseits, pours a hazy dark orange with some sudsy, white head. Nose has lots of citrus pith, grapefruit, dried orange peel, pine, soap, some fruity notes when you dig. Flavor is extremely bitter, whoooo, gotta be 125+ IBUs as the bitterness is crushing, grapefruit, orange pith, heavy pine needle, soap, some honey and coffee try and round things out, but whoo this is aggressive on the bitterness. Bitter finish (obvi), but otherwise dry.
