Draft at Big Hunt. Clear ruby maroon color, tan head. Aroma of burnt biscuit, cherry. Taste is tart cherry with an edge of smoke. Nice.

Bottle. Mostly clear Ruby color with fast dying head. Aroma is cherry pie filling with traces of pie crust. Lots of cherry.
Flavor has a nice tart cherry finish and displays a mild amount of smoked malts in the main base. It shows a pretty nice amount of pucker after the swallow. The tartness will be appealing for anybody who enjoys sours. For me the smoke mixed with tartness doesn’t give it a pleasing drinkablity. Just ok.

Fast klare rötlich orange Farbe, geringe leicht beige Schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifen Kirschen, leicht künstlich. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, reife Kirschen, holzig.

Bottle from the Brewery Tawny brown with ruby at the edges and a smallish bubbly off white head that dissipates quickly. Big cherry on the nose, almost seems like a concentrated syrup smell. A little tart and light smokey phenols as well. The flavor is jowl puckering citric and lactic with plenty of sweet cherry flavor to go around, Light/faint smokey phenols. Its a pretty simple beer, but tasty just the same.
