Two days ago that I have opened this bottle, hot day, coming back from the Lignon, tired and this typical German beer was ok, nothing special, it makes the job to be refresh, malty, smooth light, a bit watdry, small touch of apricot, classical hop, 31.05.23, at Epalinges.

Magus, linnaseline, viljane, laagrine. Ok.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Grainy bready malts with straw, bittering hops and a touch of hay. Flavour is moderate bitter with relatively low sweetness. Medium body.

Im Duft zurückhaltend, aber ansprechend - primär blumig und etwas fruchtig mit leichtem Zitrusaroma. Im Geschmack schlank, blumig, trocken, frisch und spritzig mit dezenter Säure und einer überraschend herben Mitte. Insgesamt sehr süffig.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een goudgeel bier met een witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat gistachtige geur. De smaak is moutig en zacht hoppig.

Bottle at tasting. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma is malty, light yeasty, touch of hops. Taste is malty, light yeast, moderate hoppy bitterness. Good.
