Very crisp and clear copper and light bronze coloured body with a very thin, off-white head that fades very quickly and leaves nothing on top, even after a few seconds. Aroma of grass, light candy with some belgian, dry hoppy notes with some floral elements, but the candi sugar is evident here - very nice in the nose. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and herbal notes with a good layer of malt noticeable towards the finish with a perfumey and quite noticeable sugar finish on the end from some candy and flowers both here. Aftertaste is enjoyable with a decidedly perfumey and grassy hop flavour with some light dryness and slight resinous notes, but robust throughout and enjoyable as well. Overall, a pretty nice and balanced pure West Coastie IPA with some floral, grassy and perfumey aspects, but a good malt backbone supports the dry, grassy and perfumey bites throughout. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Trader Joe's in San Francisco (North Beach), California on 28-August-2022 for US$1,75 sampled in my hotel room here in downtown San Francisco, California, a day later on 29-August-2022, the following day.

19.2 oz can from Bel Air. Medium golden , foamy head subsides to patchy cap. Aroma focuses on the hops, dusty, musty. Taste brings some resinous notes, sticky, mouth coating. Clasdic IPA feel.

Purchased in Vermont and drinking at home, to end my Easter vacation. Pours an unfiltered, golden-amber colour, with lots of sediments through it. The head is warm-coloured with good stay and nice lacing. Flavours of grassy leafs with light caramel malts. Piney aromas with the grassy hops and orange notes. Hints of rusty water. Gets better with time. Nice bitterness, some citrus (mostly oranges) lingers. A decent IPA.

Bottled on 07/28/16.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a crisp transparent burnt orange color with a thin white foamy head. Dissipates nice and slow. Messy thin cap of a somewhat sustaining head with lacing.
The aroma starts off with some sweet citrus pulp and then bitter rind. Subtle herbal/grassiness slides in nicely.
The flavor takes the previously mentioned aromas to try and combine but the bitterness comes forth a bit more than expected. Lingering grassy hops aftertaste with finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionable feel to it. Carbonation feels fine.
Overall, it’s a decent AIPA that could come back to if I saw it, but might seem out some others before this.

Mediums sweet flavor with harsh grassy bitterness, some oily pine, orange rind. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Resinous finish, lightly warming, with more pine, grass. Pretty so so.
