During the late 1700s, when trade relations between India and England was established need for a beer that could stay fresh during the long journey. Therefore brygdes hard humlat beer with higher alcohol content that went under the India Pale Ale. Our IPA contains only aromatic hops from the United States, and is therefore under the name Sitting Bulldog.

Orange beer, small head. Aroma is malt, some hops, not much though. Taste is the same, bitter, not bad.

Bottle, 6.4%. Malty aroma. Clear copper colour. Frothy white head. The flavour is OK bitter, slightly rough, but not unpleasant. Faintly caramelly. OK balanced.

Bottle. Pours nearly clear orangeish amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of hops and bready touches. Bitter and citric flavour of hops, with malty and estery notes and touches of fruit. Bitter and citric afteraste with estery hints. Okay.

Smell of hops, spruce. Copper colour, high beige head. Aroma of spruce, hops, some earth. Fizzy carbon. Bitter. Basic barbed IPA.

Optisch astrein; geiler Cremeschaum. In der Nase reife Mango, sahnig. Im Trunk sehr erfrischend spritzig, ausgewogener Fruchtanteil, hinten leicht bitter. Hohe Drinkability.

33cl bottle. A clear dark amber beer with a mid-sized to small off-white head. Bitter resinous aroma, spruce, bitter hops. Taste of intense bitter fruity hops, red fruits, spruce, resins.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, copper-ish amber colour with average, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Rather weak lemon tea aroma, hints of caramel, biscuit, candied lemon zest. Taste is dry, citrusy hoppy, notes of lemon, lemon tea, lemon drops, minimally sugary, caramel malty basis.

Aroma: Fruity hops and sweet caramel malt. Flavour: Fruity sweet with citrus and a fruity bitterness. Notes of malt and caramel. Colour: Amber with an offwhite head. From: Bottle @ Systembolaget Linnégatan Göteborg Jul. 2016.
