Clear golden pour. Aroma is faintly hoppy. Taste has moderate hop bitterness, faint sweetness. toasty. Seems more like a toasty American Pale Ale than an ESB.

Taster at the brewery. hazy amber pour, small white head. Leathery malts are followed by a bracing bitterness that grab you by the tonsils. Nice and malty with more than its share of bitterness.

On tap at the brewery pours out a copper color topped with a sand head. Nose is nice floral hops some sweet nutty wood notes. Taste is more of the nice wood notes and light hops.
