Getreu dem Motto: "Saufen für den Weltfrieden" ist dieser helle Bock eine Gemeinschaftsarbeit der Guten-Dinge-Stiftung „Kulturator“ aus München und Tilmans Biere.
Das Bier ist mit regionalen Malzen gebraut, und im Sinne der Craft Bier Bewegung mit Hallertauer Aromahopfen verfeinert.
Des Weiteren geht vom Erlös ein guter Schluck an die Kulturator Stiftung, die dieses Geld an soziale Projekte ausschüttet.

500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey golden colour with small, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy-spicy, minimally floral and herbal hoppy aroma, hints of fresh hay, sweet-ish malty background with a touch of honey. Taste is mellow malty with a floral honey touch, grassy-spicy hoppy overtones with hints of fresh hay; rather watery texture, soft palate. Relatively light, hop accentuated, not too sweet, very drinkable - not that Bock-ish, but a very nice, modern re-interpretation.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Distinctively honey-ish malty and fruity hoppy aroma with notes of tangerines, citrus and cheesecake. Mildly bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a modest carbonation. Honey-ish malty, slightly biscuity taste with fruity and slightly flowery hops; Lasting and rounded sweet-bitter finish. Very good. 05.VI.18

Aroma has butter and grassy hops. Flavour has grassy hops, sweet buttery malt. Finishes with butter, menthol and herbal & grassy hops. A bit sticky, drinkability suffers. Good helles dp anyway.

Flascherl: Deep golden, a bit unclear, small and quite stable white head with a little lace; moderate bitter-sweet nose of spicy "medical" hops with a mild bisquity-malty background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium - hardly full - bodied, well hidden alcohol; lingering bisquity and "medical" finish, followed by a drier bitter aftertaste. Unusual, but very good...

Draught @ Frisches Bier, München. Sweetish, fruity and citrusy heller bock with hints of soapy hops, earthiness and maltiness. Not your typical heller bock.

Sampled @ BKL 2018. A slightly hazy golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of citrus hops, flowers, strong pale malt. Taste of strong grainy malt, flowers, mild citrusy hops.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, grassy. Taste is sweetish honey, grassy hops, mosaic hops (!). Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Good!
