Draught. Pour is brown with no head. Looks like a dark lager. Faint malt aroma. Flavour is malt with biscuit, cookie and bread notes. Not too sweet. Nice malt finish. Definitely sessionable.

Short pour at Bailey’s. Dark brown, clear, small skin of head that leaves sheets of lacing. Aroma is toasty malts, taste too. Underserved style here in the US. Brown bread notes, pure malty goodness.

On tap at Baileys Taproom, Portland, Oregon. The color is clear brown with a small light beige head. Aroma of brown malt, nuts, chocolate, wood, leather and bread. Malty flavor of bread crust, chocolate, nuts and grass. Has a slick mouth feel, light body and light bitterness. A malty and tasteful mild ale.
