Bottle from Boise Co-op. Normal pour, black with small coating of head . Raspberries in the aroma, but not fresh, more artificial, some chocolate. Taste is more of the same, cheap berry chocolate candy flavors. I got it, it's like a Tootsie Pop. Minor bitterness at the finish.

Dark brown. Medium head. Has a nice raspberry chocolate nose. Light, has a refreshing juicy character. Balanced, nice mellow malts.

On tap at Alameda, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma brings out strawberries and cocoa upfront, with gives off a weird herbal qualify to it. Flavour is similar, with lots of strawberries, cocoa and lactose, with a weird herbal quality. Don't think the mix of strawberries and cocoa goes well together. Not very pleasing to my palate.
