Hoppy Times is a classic West Coast IPA with some modern flare. We don't beat you over the head with giant bittering additions. Bone dry attenuation, and water chemistry favoring sulfates helps deliver the balance we achieve. We then pass those hop savings right back to you in the form of late kettle or dry hop additions. Palisade, Citra, Cascade, and Chinook come together for an orange and pine party with subtler aromas of lime, grapefruit rind, pineapple, and apricot. If this beer isn't hoppy enough, it's you not us. This beer is ALWAYS 21 days or younger in our taproom.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a copper gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is pine and citrus. Medium body, grapefruit, pine, light resin bitterness, very good.

Tap at Yard House, Las Vegas, 22nd February 2022. Pours a clear straw coloured beer. Aroma is citrus and pine. Taste is malty, citrus, pine and resin, quite tasty.

From a 12 oz can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with an off white head. Aromas are of dank hay. Flavors are bitter pine.

Citrus and some decent malt backbone. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Grapefruit. Bitter finish.

Tap at yard house off the strip. A clear pale gold yellow coloured pour with a a fluffy white head. Aroma is tangy, apple pale golden, midget gems. Sicky hops, bile,. Flavour si semi sweet, grassy hop, bitter lemon, harsh. Palate is semi sweet, alcohol., moderate carbonation. Meh.

From backlog. 355ml can @ Still, Mirage, Las Vegas. Smooth, hoppy and grassy with some pine, citrus and herbal notes. Okay.

Taster from the Local "Six-Pack" flight at the Yard House in the LINQ Promenade. Pours a pale, clear, gold color, with a small, white head and some good lacing. The nose is thyme, light floral notes, spruce, and a hint of cherry. Sweet and quite bitter. Medium body, with a hard, clingy, and thin palate. Very hoppy, but not really in a good way.

Draft @ Yard House - Las Vegas (The LINQ), Las Vegas, NV. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy bitter finish.

Taster at brewery. Gentle aroma build to a stronger taste, that strangles the palate at the finish Hoppy to a fault, but could use a touch of smoothness to sand down the rough edges

Can from Total Wine in Reno. Pours a hazy golden orange color with a finger of fluffy white head. Aromatic with citrus, pine, and florals. A little sweet. Flavorful with citrus sweetness and piney hops, finishes dry with lingering sweet bitters. Sticky even. Solid IPA.
