On tap in Boise. Smells like apple pie. Sweet, spicy, almost cinnamon, toast. Very unique. Spicy smooth.

Draft at Fort Street Station. Appearance is off, cloudy, no head Was? expecting stronger adjunct aroma, faint honey presence. Taste brings more honey sweetness. Mostly honey, barely there floral notes. Kolsch base undetectable. Overall drinkable, a bit sweet, but off style.

On tap at prefunk Nampa. Pours out a golden color topped with a white head. Nose is wheat grain some fruit notes and a light grassy hop. Taste is more of the sweet malts some cherries not normal in a kolsch but it works pretty well in this one.
