A monstrous tale comes to life in this massive IPA. With a devastating hop bite, floral and citrusy, Megalodom is Total Domination IPA taken to the extreme. Dry-hopped and balanced by a depth of malt, you’re gonna need a bigger glass.

On tap at Taste of Tops, pours a clear copper orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, some phenols and caramel bready malt. Flavour is very boozy and harsh, with resinous hops, phenolic notes and awkward sweetness. Messy, harsh and boozy. Not a good IIPA.

Bomber from CraftShack. Pours clear copper with a white or near-white head. Lots of citrus; a hint of floral; maybe garlic in very very low level? Med ++ body. Flavor is lots of citrus, some pale fruit, a little floral, and I think a little garlic does sneak in. Is it dry? It’s so hoppy and bitter it’s hard to say. Clearly enough malt to support a ton of hops tho. Mild hop burn in the finish. Doesn’t seem heading for dank tho.
