Bottle from Consumers Beverage. Medium golden, hazy small skin of head. Aroma is equal parts caramel malts and flowery hops. Hops take over the taste, just a bit, piney and floral. Mild bitterness lingers. Malts disappear in the taste, hops bitterness building to a big crescendo at the finish. Wasn’t holding out much hope, and this was much better than expected.

12oz bottle from Wegman’s, Buffalo, NY. Golden amber with a dense cream head;attractive, sweet, resinous aroma; rich, resinous hoppy taste; wth a smooth and lengthy finish, with a touch of tropical fruit. A rather elegant American IPA.

Bottle. Beer of the month club. Slightly hazy amber color with a big frothy white head. Nice fruity hops aroma with some piney notes and some biscuity malt. Flavor starts sweetish with chewy biscuity and slightly caramelly malt and continues with bright citric hops onto a pleasant bitter finish. Medium-bodied. A good refreshing IPA.

This brew pours a clear golden-orange color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruity hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of floral hops, citrus and sweet malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
