Keg at SBWF. Hazy pale golden, small head. Coriander and marzipan up front. Mid dry with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Hay and coriander, some honey and white pepper. Mid bitter finish.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, light hay and fruit. Similar taste. Not a bad one but on the thin side. The finish was on the dry side.

Sample at En Öl- & Whiskymässa, Gothenburg, April, 2015. Hazy yellow with a big white foam, slowly dissipating leaving lots of lacings. Aroma is fairly discreet, with yeast hints, citrus, slight zest tone. Taste is also fairly thin, with slight orange, citrus, white pepper and yeast, juicy finish, medium body, medium carbo, round texture. Lacks some complexity, body could be more crisp and dry, still not a bad brew.

Draught @ Kino. Pours hazy pale goldenish yellow with a rather big frothy white head that leaves some sticky soapy lacing and trace in the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly floral, estery and phenolic with crackers, dough, pears, unripe banana, hay, dried yellow flowers, white pepper corns, allspice and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sweet, slightly bitter, slightly floral, estery and tiny phenolic with crackers, pears, ripe mealy apples, powdered white sugar, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, lemon grass and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, round, tiny astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with crackers, pears, Apple skins, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Would have liked it drier and less estery... Decent saison attempt though...
