This newest collaboration in our lineup will have you sessioning brews like you session laps off the tram…the Pils-gnar is inspired by, and built for, those who shred the gnar. Light and crisp with a medium-light body that says, I’m a local brah, Pils-gnar uses slightly sweet malt under a canopy of bright, tangy, flowery hops to achieve an aroma that’s spicy and fruity at the same time.

Pils-gnar has a balanced finish that just begs another quaff…in the lot, on the chair, in the brewery, on the porch couch that should probably be burned at the end of the season. Light and sessionable…it’s Pils-gnarly bro!

Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: yellow color with a good transparency about it and a one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light grassy to floral hops meshing with some light malts
Flavor: copies the aroma pretty spot on with a clean, dry finish of biscuits
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, smooth along the tongue, good level of carb
Overall: nice enough pilsner I'd be willing to have again and would be a good one to have with whatever food.

Draft at Lost Dog. Poured a clear yellow color with a very small white head. Light, crisp. Light grassy notes, with some herbal and bitter hops. Flavor was pleasant, light malt. Really nice stuff.

Some lime, including peel. Hazy golden pour with ok head. Peach skin. Light tangy finish. Lacks the crispness that a good pils has. Can.

Can from Point Fuel & Pantry, Point Roberts, WA
Pale blond colour. It's mildly grassy, and spicy, with light some straw/malt, has a light mouthfeel; it seems to hint to Pilsner, but it's a quite common lager with a bit more hopping.

can. slightly hazy yellow pour with a medium white head that has fair retention. The aroma is sweet grains, some mild fruits, and thyme. The taste leans toward the sweeter side with a nice spicy grain finish. The palate is light but appropriate for the style. Overall: Decent pils
