Cloudy and yellow in colour. This is a fine example of a Belgian white in style with some mild fruity flavours that are slightly more exaggerated in its nose.

Bottle 750ml. corked.[ Trade by jaghana ]. Hazy matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, soapy, yeast, herbs, coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, soapy, spicy, coriander, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130216]

Tap at the Kastelhof, Cassel, 22/03/13 - thanks to Rilester for the share. Clouded pale yellow with a good sized frotby white head. Nose is spoce, liqourice, lemon, grass, mint, soap, toffee. Taste is lemon squash, herbal notes, grass, mint, spice. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. A slightly sub par Witbier IMHO.

Bottled, 0.75l. Hazy pale straw color with small frothy white head and lively bubbles. Aroma of spicy and fruity hops, wheat, coriander and citrus. Taste starts with sour grainy malt, followed refreshing fruity and finished mildly bitter. Medium body, thin texture and fizzy carbonation in palate. Passable, but a bit too plain...

Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s a milky white yellow beer with a small white head. It’s very lemony on the nose, with a decent addition of coriander. Lemony flavor with some coriander and pale malts. Medium to thin on the palate, dry and with a bit low carbonation level. Lemony, coriander finish with some malts. A boring and not very pleasant witbier, but far from undrinkable. 130215
