Bottle: Poured a light golden clear yellow color ale with some white hue and a big foamy head with less then average retention. Aroma of citrus syrup with some weak malt and some sugar is reminiscent of coolers. Taste is dominated by some weak malt with a good dose of citrus notes. A bit too sweet for my palate but still very refreshing. I’m sure this could have turned out worse then what I drank; overall it kind of reminded me of those Lindemans beers.

Re-rate. My first sample wasn’t even cloudy, which indicates an old bottle. I found a fresh one and here we go.[BR][BR]Opaque and whitish-yellow. No head. Soda-like aroma has lime, soap, and a touch of yeastiness. The taste is very lemon-lime, not like Sprite but I could see a less sugary lemon-lime soda. Very spritzy, which only serves to enhance the soda impression. Malts are subdued, but come in with a little sweetness towards the finish. Vague hop and spice dance around in there somewhere.

Can, 50 cl, best before 19 07 2007; eye: really pale yellow, or is it rather yellowish white?, with whitish reflections, nice white head that lasts, light effervescence, lighlty hazy, nice lacing; nose: citrus, coriander, bread, light hops (floral) and another smell II do not know; mouth: in that order, yeast (bread), citrus, coriander, simple finale where the yeast dominates with a hint of coriander (but it depends because it changes with each sip) lightly sweet and bitter, rather full mouthfeel, lightly creamy, really carbonated; overall: enjoyed quite a bit FRANÇAIS Canette, 50 cl, meilleure avant : 19 07 2007; oeil : jaune très pâle, ou est-ce plutôt blanc jaunâtre ?, avec des reflets blanchâtres, belle mousse blanche, légère effervescence, légèrement voilée, bonne dentelle; nez : citron, coriandre, pain, léger houblon (floral), une autre odeur que je ne connais pas; bouche : dans l’ordre, levure (pain), citron, coriandre, finale toute simple où la levure domine avec une petite touche de coriandre (mais ça dépend de la gorgée car elle ne finit pas toujours sur la même note), légèrement sucée et amère, ronde, légèrement crémeuse, très carbonatée; en résumé : bien aimé

Bottled 750ml (BB 09/2007). Hazy pale yellow, small white head. Fruity, crisp, lemon and orange peels. Light, a bit woody witbier with coriander and orange peel. Could be stronger and fruitier.

Hazy lemonade with an extra creamy smooth white head, lacing. Aroma of citrus, cloves, with light sulfur overtones. In mouth, sweet tingly malt with lots of citrusy notes, light and quaffable, some peppery notes in finale. Can. Bieropholie imports.
