On Tap at the Boise brewery Fairly clear amber. Mild smooth woody malt flavors. A little fruity and some sweet caramel notes.

On tap at postmodern boise. Pours out a clear crisp amber topped with a tan head. nose is nutty wood and some caramel sweet. Taste is more of the nutty wood some light fruit notes.

From sampler at the brewery. Hazy copper pour, bone white foam that doesn’t last long. Nutty, earthy, basement, cooked broccoli flavor. Muted aroma. Thin. Kind of off. 6,2,6,3,12

Pours out a .clear dark amber with a minimal head. Malty aroma with a hint of Belgian yeast. Taste is more malt, some molasses and brown sugar and maple, minor Belgian notes. A decent amber ale, no matter what they were trying to do.
