Bottle from Smokes n Suds, Lewiston. Yellow pour with a little haze, quite a bit of white head. The nose is pretty intense with spice and citrus, a little floral and earthy. Tastes herbal, earthy, floral… a bit of sweet citrus to sooth, but lots of spice and dry florals.

Tap at OBF 2015. Pours dirty lite gold with a huge foamy/creamy white head. Aroma is earthy, fruity, citrus. Med body, almost. Flavor like sage notes, citrus, earthy? Lots. Finishes fruity towards dry citrus. Refreshing.

On tap at yard house meridian. Pours out a opaque straw topped with a white head. Nose is malty banana spice and some citrus. Taste is more of the banana clove spice and citrus touch

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium white head. A big sweet fruity nose. The flavor is big sweet citrus, lemongrass, banana, spices. Smooth.

Sometimes a beer’s name alone can sell a pint. My situation was no exception. Draft pint at special brews. Pours a cloudy pale yellow color with a fizzy head. Soft grainy aroma. Belgian yeast flavor throughout. Exactly what I expected, which was good. Overall, I’d definitely drink this again.

Initial scent is right on the money, but faint. Light golden body with small airy head. Taste is also in the zone, floral and spicy, but again just shy of the mark. Finish is dry and chalky, almost puckering. Decent but could be more full bodied, and should be quenching, not make you more thirsty.
