Optisch klares Gold, Schaum passt. In der Nase dezent würzig, Honig, Getreide. Im Trunk hab ich seltsam käsige Fehlgeschmäcker, dazu bittersüß. Naja.

500ml Bottle - Golden in colour. Honey, grain and hints of grass in the aroma. Malty and fairly sweet taste with notes of grain, honey and herbs.

Flaska från Hier-Gibt’s-Bier.de. Klar gyllengul vätska med lågt vitt skum. Söt alkoholeteriskt kryddig doft och smak. Säd, honung, värmande alkohol. Ruskig och kraftig men också harmonisk och elegant. Gott

Clear blond colour, white foam. Nose of sweet malts, some honey, bready. Taste is light sweet, hoppy. Nice mouthfeel. Great heller bock.

Bottle picked up from the hier-gibts-bier.de webshop, Eckersdorf, Bayern, Deutschland and consumed at home Sunday 7th March 2021 cooking Chicken Parm Roll-Ups in the Wood Oven and also homemade Ciabatta, we're on a Zoom call with Scott and Dad. Pours mid gold good clarity with a white head. This is a really nice Heller Bock, lovely maltiness, a little digestive biscuit, the abv is so well hidden, very easy drinking, other touches such as hops or bitterness are as expected, very subtle. This is just a damn good beer.

Aufsesser Bock hell, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Orangegold, fast klar. - In der Nase feiner, durch satte Malzigkeit gedämpfter zitrusfruchtiger Hopfen, Butterkeks, Trockenaprikose, Honig. - Antrunk breit hellmalzig mit dunklen rauchigen Zügen, leicht bitterem Karamel und eleganter zitrusfruchtiger Hopfenherbe (Orangeat). Beträchtliche, gut eingebundene Restsüße, Kandis. Milder rezent, vollmundig, glatt; sauber kaschierter Alkohol. Im Abgang kräftige aber runde Bittere von Orangenschale und Kräutern. - Solide malzschwerer, sehr aromatisch und individuell gehopfter Bock, dessen Aromenprofil ein wenig an ein belgisches Tripel erinnert, obwohl unverkennbar untergärig. Bottle from pivnizub - díky! Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- malty, caramel, apple, touch of hops. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, malt, caramel, touch of noble hops, touch of bread crusts. Medium bodied. Average.

Heller, süßlich malziger Beginn. Alkoholische Noten, kaum herb. Feine Karbonisierung, zu süß, mittelstarke Würzigkeit. Okay.. 7/8/7/7/9/7

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, rapidly diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, minimally husky and starchy aroma, minimally grassy, leafy hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally sweet malty, slightly malty spicy, hoppy counterpart with a grassy touch, moderate bitterness; oily texture, soft and creamy palate. Well controlled sweetness, nice spiciness, loss-making nose.

Yellow. Aroma is much DMS, some curry, quite an amount of noble hops. Taste is sharp tart noble hops with some gummy bear sweetness. Medium drinkable. Meh.
