Bottle shared at a restaurant on playa de Poo. A hazed gold green coloured pour with a loose fading white head. Aroma is sharp and tangy, green apple, faint funk and whiff of vinegar. Flavour is composed of tart green apple, pithy tart, prickly, spice vinegar, lambic like funk. Palate is sharp and prickly, mellow carbonation. Good.

Amarillo claro, algo velada, sin espuma. Aroma tenue a manzana fresca. En boca se siente carbonatación baja, sabor suave, acidez media, bastante ajustada, algo dulce. No esta mal, es refrescante y agradable pero para mi gusto le falta un pelín de intensidad

70 cl bottle from DIA. A cloudy yellowish pour with a greenish cast to it. Aroma is green apples, lemon, yeast, sawdust, slight funk. Mouthfeel is bone dry, slightly fizzy, tart, low-bodied, short-lived. Easy to drink. Don't be deceived by the score: this is not bad at all.

Bottle, poured from a height. Hazy pale golden/yellow color with white head. Aroma is mealy apples, a touch funky and custard. Taste is mineralic, mealy apples. Silky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Okay, a bit too mealy - there are better Sidras Naturales out there, but this gets better with every sip!

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy pale golden Cider. Aroma of mild sour apples, sulfits, dry riped apples. Taste tart fresh apples, a bit dry, sulfits, easy to drink.

Many thanks top fombe89 for this 70cl bottle. Sourish refreshing beginning. Lots of apples, fresh fruit with a moderate acidity. Not too sour, still lots of fruit there. Round and refreshing with a nice Sidra-typical sulphur sourness, that is not too intense. Fresh fruity sour apples, refreshing stuff.

750 mml bottle tasted on the 03/02/2017. Cloudy yellow colour. Aroma of apples and tart. Medium carbonation. Taste is fruity but with a little watery finish. Next one please!

Bouteille 75cl au Festival Compostela, Bruxelles ’16. Couleur paille, présentant un léger voile, col fin blanc retombant rapidement. Arôme de pomme, rétro un peu acerbe sans avoir le fruité frais verger que l’on retrouve parfois. Palais est assez sec, fruité, pomme verte, avec une petite sécheresse perdurant en fin de bouche. Effervescence reste modérée avec un léger mordant acidulé de la pomme. Ok, mais pas spécialement le meilleur exemple à vernir de cette région.
